CHRONIC WORRY
Chronic worry often stems from “automatic thoughts” or sticky brain thoughts that one does not know that they have. These thoughts are intrusive and non-solicited. They pop up and act like they are appropriate thoughts but in actuality most of these thoughts are suppose to be inactive or in the unconscious brain.
Drew Alikakos, M.S. offers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help
teach you to put these thoughts away. It helps to prevent or stop Panic Attacks
and Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
Here is a helpful video on chronic worry.
